Reputation Managed is a service of Falling Data Zone LLC, a company registered in the state of Oklahoma. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our automated Google review response service at reputationmanaged.io (the "Service").

Information We Collect

When you sign up for the Service, we collect:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and business name, provided during registration.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number on our servers.
• Brand voice preferences: Tone, language, and response style preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Google Business Profile data: When you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth, we access your business reviews and post owner responses on your behalf. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to read reviews and post replies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and post personalized responses to your Google reviews.
• Send you weekly email digests summarizing reviews and responses.
• Process your subscription payments.
• Improve the quality of our AI-generated responses.
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates.

Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Reputation Managed's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

• Only access Google Business Profile data necessary to read reviews and post owner responses.
• Do not use Google data for advertising purposes.
• Do not sell Google data to third parties.
• Do not use Google data for purposes unrelated to providing the Service to you.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services, solely to operate the Service:

• Google: To read your business reviews and post responses via the Google Business Profile API.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Review text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate personalized responses. No personally identifiable information about you is included in these requests.
• Stripe: To process subscription payments securely.
• SendGrid: To deliver weekly email digests and service communications.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and review history for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure OAuth 2.0 authentication for Google API access, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Revoke Google API access at any time through your Google Account settings.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
